We are partnering with a leading, private equity‑backed global business seeking a highly skilled Construction Lawyer to join their top‑tier in‑house legal team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, distribution agreements, and joint ventures, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
- Construction Projects: Provide legal advice and support on various construction projects, including procurement, contractor agreements, disputes, and claims, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance throughout all stages of project delivery.
- Risk Management: Assess and advise on legal risks, and help develop strategies to mitigate risks related to commercial agreements, construction contracts, and operational activities.
