S&H are working with a top tier financial services business in Sussex with an excellent and collegiate legal team.
Our client is looking to hire a strong commercial lawyer to undertake a position with a great deal of breadth and variety as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
- Wide variety of commercial support including technology and procurement. Working on partnership and collaboration agreements.
- Some support on corporate governance matters with the General Counsel and the Company Secretary.
- Support on intragroup agreements regarding IP, Privacy and other key areas.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with top academics.
- NQ-4 Years of PQE (guide only).
- Extensive Commercial/Corporate experience.
- In-house experience via current position or secondment would be useful.
