About Us
Simmons Bars are well known for being the best bar group in the world. I’m a late night cocktail bar offering you the perfect place for after‑work drinks or a cheeky dance, people like me because I look real good and sell nice drinks.
About You
As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary; we will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
- Follow Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
- Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
- Process correct payments on the tills.
- Demonstrate Simmons values every single day.
