As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and ensuring they return time and time again. Previous bartending experience isn’t necessary – we’ll train you and get you up to scratch within six weeks.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec, following recipes.
- Follow Simmons’ Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
- Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
- Process correct payments on the tills.
- Demonstrate The Simmons Way every single day.
