Who We Are

We’re well known for being the best bar group in London (and probably the world). A late night cocktail party bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance into the early hours. We’re located in lots of different places across London, we can be hired out for private parties and we have a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80’s, to 90’s to classic party bangers!

The Assistant Manager We’re Looking For Will

  • Shift lead Sunday-Wednesday
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the venue to the correct standards and in line with company policy
  • Manage the atmosphere on shift to ensure that the venues are clean, the music and lighting are at the correct levels and the temperature is comfortable for guests
  • Deliver memorable experiences and not be afraid to engage with guests in an effort to gain their insights
  • Always operating the venues within the limits of its license
  • Working with the General Manager and Deputy Manager on managing stock to deliver sales and GP targets
  • Support the management team with all training in the venue
  • Identify up and coming talent within the venue and support their development
  • Assist with weekly stock ordering and daily perishables ordering
  • Ensure that the day-to-day running of the bars operates in an efficient and professional manner with a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the venue is operating within the limits of its license at all times
  • Manage and report any serious incidents/accidents as per escalation matrix
  • Always maintain a safe work environment
  • Complete all reasonable requests from line managers
