Simmons Bars are well known for being the best bar group in the world. We’re a late‑night cocktail bar that offers the perfect place for after‑work drinks or a cheeky dance – people like us because we look good and sell nice drinks.
About You
As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they return time and time again. Previous bartending experience is not required; we will train you within 6 weeks.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
- Follow Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone.
- Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
- Process correct payments on the tills.
- Demonstrate Simmons values every single day.
