Simmons Bars are well known for being the best bar group in the world. I’m a late night cocktail bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance, people like me because I look real good and sell nice drinks.
About You
As a Simmons Barback, you will play an important role in ensuring the highest possible standards of service and efficiency within all areas of responsibility are carried out on a daily basis.

What You'll Do
- Guest Experience - to ensure that guest experience is at the highest level possible at all times and to make sure this is at the center of all actions taken in the venue.
- Floor cleaning - to ensure floors are kept clean, dry and clear of all debris.
- Bar support - to assist the bar team in delivery of service including but not limited to: re stocking, refilling ice and garnishes, garnish prep, making pre-mixes.
- Responsible service of alcohol - to ensure that overly intoxicated guests are not served, and are flagged up to venue management.
- General cleaning - where issues are seen, to follow up in a timely manner and ensure any needed cleaning is completed.
- Glass cleanliness - responsible for high cleanliness standard of all glassware and for re-stocking the bar with glassware.
- Glass washing machines - in charge of responsible use of glass washing machines, their proper set up, cleaning and break down.
