Who we are:
We’re well known for being the best bar group in London (and probably the world). About you:
As a Simmons Host, you will play a key role in assisting the management team in ensuring that all guests start off with the best experience from the moment they approach our venue.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing all guests with a warm and professional welcome during the checking-in process.
- Assisting with all guest enquiries.
- Flyering with leaflets to promote our brand new in-house club night.
- Ensuring tables are properly clean and set up prior to their booking arrivals.
- Managing and reporting any no shows to the management team and ensure we maximise sales where possible.
- Complete all reasonable requests from line managers.
