About you:

As a Simmons Host, you will play a key role in assisting the management team in ensuring that all guests start off with the best experience from the moment they approach our venue.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing all guests with a warm and professional welcome during the checking-in process.
  • Assisting with all guest enquiries.
  • Ensuring tables are properly clean and set up prior to their booking arrivals.
  • Managing and reporting any no shows to the management team and ensure we maximise sales where possible.
  • Complete all reasonable requests from line managers.
