Who we are:

We’re well known for being the best bar group in London (and probably the world). A late night cocktail bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance, people like me because I look real good and sell nice drinks. We’re located in lots of different places across London, we can be hired out for private parties and we have a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80’s, to 90’s to classic party bangers!

The Deputy Manager we’re looking for needs to be:

  • Opening and closing the venue to the correct standards and in line with company policy
  • Managing the atmosphere on shift to ensure that the venues are clean, the music and lighting are at the correct levels and the temperature is comfortable for customers
  • Delivering a memorable experience at all times and engaging with customers in an effort to gain their insights
  • Operating the venues within the limits of its licence
  • Working with the General Manager on managing stock to deliver sales and GP targets
  • Completing all daily duties with an emphasis on ensuring that customer experience is the highest priority
  • Report and resolve any serious incidents incidents/accidents and escape to the General Manager when necessary
  • Maintaining a safe work environment at all times and reporting issues immediately
  • Keep accurate records of all incidents and report in line with company policy
  • Deputising for the GM when they are out of the business
  • Completing specific projects allocated by the General Manager with a view to delivering the bars business plan
  • Conducting job chats and investigations with the guidance of the People Team
  • Collaborating with the General Manager with recruiting and retaining the best team for your venue
  • Overseeing the training of Bar and Assistant Managers
  • Complete all reasonable requests from line managers
