We’re located in lots of different places across London, we can be hired out for private parties and we have a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80’s, to 90’s to classic party bangers!

About you

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again!

Previous bartending experience isn't necessary, we will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
  • Following Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
  • Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
  • Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
  • Processing correct payments on the tills.
  • Demonstrate The Simmons Way, every single day.
