Who we are:
We’re well known for being the best bar group in London (and probably the world). A late night cocktail party bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance into the early hours. We’re located in lots of different places across London, we can be hired out for private parties and we have a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80’s, to 90’s to classic party bangers!
The Assistant Manager we’re looking for will:
- Shift lead Sunday-Wednesday
- Be responsible for opening and closing the venue to the correct standards and in line with company policy
- Manage the atmosphere on shift to ensure that the venues are clean, the music and lighting are at the correct levels and the temperature is comfortable for guests
- Deliver memorable experiences and not be afraid to engage with guests in an effort to gain their insights
- Always operating the venues within the limits of its license
- Working with the General Manager and Deputy Manager on managing stock to deliver sales and GP targets
- Support the management team with all training in the venue
- Identify up and coming talent within the venue and support their development
- Assist with weekly stock ordering and daily perishables ordering
- Ensure that the day-to-day running of the bars operates in an efficient and professional manner with a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that the venue is operating within the limits of its license at all times
- Manage and report any serious incidents/accidents as per escalation matrix
- Always maintain a safe work environment
- Complete all reasonable requests from line managers
