Supervising and assisting with shop operations and team members. A customer-facing role preparing & serving a range of baked items and made-to-order food in our bakery shop. There will be occasions when you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
What is required of you:
- Experience to supervise a team in a retail/catering setting.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
As a supervisor, you should be of reliable character, comfortable working as part of a team, and be ready to assist in all aspects of helping to run a busy retail catering shop. Experience beneficial.
