Our client is seeking a Head of Early Careers to lead the design, build and delivery of a new Early Careers function within a prestigious hedge fund. This role sits within a broader transformation programme and is sponsored directly by the founder, with strong buy-in from senior leadership across the business. The successful individual will shape and embed a best-in-class early careers offering from recruitment through to programme management in a highly dynamic and evolving environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the Early Careers strategy, including attraction, recruitment, assessment, onboarding and programme delivery.
- Build and manage high-impact early careers programmes, embedding best practice HR and talent development frameworks within a fast-paced hedge fund environment.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape the function, operating effectively in ambiguity while driving structure, governance and execution excellence.
Experience requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Early Careers or a senior Early Careers/Talent Acquisition leader ready to step into a standalone leadership role.
- Strong background in designing and delivering early careers programmes within financial services or similarly high-performance, complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, transformation-focused settings while bringing structure, best practice and stakeholder confidence.
