We are looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail strategy, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is central to scaling our digital presence and optimising our ecommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the ecommerce trading strategy to deliver revenue, conversion, and profitability targets.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive international expansion through platform optimisation and market-specific strategies.
- Website & Platform Management
- Oversee daily site performance, ensuring seamless navigation, checkout, and mobile-first experiences.
- Manage product launches, merchandising, and promotional campaigns across the site.
- Analyse website UX/UI, optimise site design and improve customer journeys.
- Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Execute digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates).
- Build campaigns and segments on email marketing platform Klavyio.
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring traffic and conversion goals are achieved.
- Implement personalisation and loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Operations & Customer Experience
- Liaise with logistics, fulfilment, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee ecommerce KPIs including AOV, CAC, retention, and churn.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and imagery are accurate and on-brand.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor ecommerce executives or assistants.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and buying teams to align ecommerce activities with brand vision.
Skills & Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce management, ideally within fashion.
- Must have personal skill to carry out Google PPC, Meta, and TikTok Ads (we don't work with agencies).
- SEO skills - Keyword, Page optimization, Link Building.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Klavyio Email Marketing Platform.
- Proven track record in driving online revenue growth and conversion optimisation.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify data dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
