Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail and Concession Merchandiser at SIMMI's location in Loughton. The role involves managing and maintaining concessions, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with merchandising and maintaining concession/partner fulfilment accounts
- Ensuring accurate stock levels
- Maintaining a visually appealing retail environment to enhance customer experience
Skills
- Strong communication skills to engage with suppliers and partners effectively
- Experience in concessions and sales to drive store profitability and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in planning for inventory and merchandising operations
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Good experience in ecommerce retail or merchandising
- Experience with Shopify and WMS systems
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and MS Office
