This is a role for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of creative and operations: where shoots get planned, content gets made and ideas become output. As Creative Producer, you will support the endâtoâend production process, including coordinating shoot days, working with creators, repurposing content across formats and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
You will be expected to take ownership, figure things out and move quickly. In return, you will get real responsibility from day one and a chance to grow with a brand that is growing places.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Coordinate shoot day logistics endâtoâend: run preâproduction meetings, ensure scripts are approved in advance, support creator/actor and shoot house bookings, and make sure all equipment and prep is locked in before cameras roll.
- Work closely with the Creative team to repurpose and optimise creator content across static and video formats, making sure every piece works as hard as possible.
- Support content creation for organic and social channels, this could mean featuring in content yourself, shooting loâfi footage, editing static ads, or whatever the brief calls for.
- Own endâtoâend production workflows from concept through to final delivery across print, digital and video.
- Help maintain brand standards across all output ensuring quality, consistency and onâtime delivery.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation, and liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed.
- Flag risks early and keep the team one step ahead â nothing should come as a surprise on shoot day.
What Weâre Looking For
- Some prior experience in a production, creative or content environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail. You keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera â youâre happy to feature in content or pick up a phone and shoot something loâfi.
- A clear communicator who can brief creators, manage logistics and keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
- Someone who thrives with autonomy. You donât need to be told twice and you donât wait to be chased.
- Genuinely excited by food, health and brandâbuilding and motivated by the chance to grow quickly alongside a business with real momentum.
Benefits
- Free Simmer meals, worth up to ÂŁ2,000 per year.
- 25 days paid annual leave.
- Perks At Work: discount on groceries, health and fitness, travel, entertainment and more.
- Company pension.
- Regular team socials.
