Simmer is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with solid foundations in paid social to take ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and Reddit, working with the Growth Lead to steer spend, tests and creative.
You'll be inside the accounts daily, analysing performance, optimising campaigns and budgets, while collaborating with Creative to turn insights into compelling hooks and messages.
2–3 years’ experience in a fast-moving, founder-led startup in London is preferred.
