Are you an accomplished Board Level Executive Assistant / PA, available to start work immediately? We have a fantastic temporary opportunity for a skilled, capable and proactive EA/PA to provide temporary support to a busy CEO and wider Board, for an iconic business based in Birmingham. As EA/PA, you will support the incredibly busy CEO and Leadership Team by assisting them with a wide range of administrative and coordination duties. On a day-to-day basis you will support with high volume diary and email management, extensive minute taking and board paper coordination, as well as preparing documents and providing any other support as is required.. For this exciting and challenging temporary PA / EA role, you will need to be an experienced Board / CEO / MD level support executive, with excellent minute taking and IT skills, and be available immediately to start work. You will be a dedicated and hardworking team player, who is used to exceeding all targets and expectations. In return, you will receive an excellent salary package and the chance to further your career within this dynamic and fast-paced team, on a long-term temporary basis.
