We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Customer Services Manager to join a highly regarded and growing organisation within the flexible workspace sector, based in Central London.

Working closely with the Customer Services Manager, you will help ensure the highest possible standards of customer service are consistently delivered across the centre. From supporting client move-ins and overseeing facilities standards, through to assisting with invoicing, operations and team supervision, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and relationship-led service delivery.

As Deputy Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong professional relationships with clients and visitors alike. You will support the daily operations of the business centre, ensuring the office environment is maintained to the highest standards whilst assisting with opening and closing procedures, office presentation and overall service delivery.

The role will also involve supporting client move-ins and move-outs, assisting with office turnaround processes and ensuring all associated administration and compliance documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. This is a truly varied role and as Deputy Customer Services Manager you will also support and supervise junior Customer Service Representatives, helping to delegate responsibilities, maintain high standards and contribute towards a positive and collaborative working environment.

You will liaise closely with suppliers, contractors and building management teams to ensure the smooth running of the office environment, whilst also supporting Health & Safety processes, purchasing, stock control and wider centre administration.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident individual who enjoys working closely with people and thrives within a client-facing environment. You will ideally have previous experience within a professional customer service or commercial operations environment, alongside strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The successful candidate will be naturally proactive, positive in their approach and confident supporting both clients and colleagues within a busy and professional setting.
