We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join this market-leading and expanding manufacturer based in South Birmingham. Working as part of a busy, high-performing team, you will play a key role in supporting the Supply Manager to ensure the smooth and continuous supply of goods from a range of UK suppliers.
You will be responsible for interpreting data to forecast and calculate stock requirements, considering trends, anticipated demand, lead times and budgets. As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will raise purchase orders on the ERP system, process them with suppliers, and track progress through to the receipt of goods. You will check order acknowledgements, resolve any price or delivery discrepancies, and maintain accurate arrival dates to ensure full visibility of incoming stock and spend.
With your excellent communication skills, you will monitor and coordinate supplier deliveries and collections, ensuring everything arrives on time and in full. Highly organised and confident working with data, you will produce regular reports for circulation to the wider team, update key information on the ERP system, and provide valuable administrative support to the Supply Manager. This is a busy and varied role where your efficiency and attention to detail will make a real difference to the team's success.
To succeed in this exciting role, you will be a strong administrator with excellent numeracy skills and the ability to interpret trends and data. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism, and always maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package including 23 days holiday (rising to 25 with service), annual bonus, health cash plan, access to a GP health line, network benefits discount package, and free on-site parking. Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 2pm on Fridays, giving you a fantastic early start to the weekend.
