We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and proactive Property Inventory Manager to join a busy and supportive team, with a specific focus on handling inventories, inspections and check-outs.
This is a role where your ability to manage tenancy lifecycle processes and ensure compliance will be highly valued. As Property Inventory Manager, you will take the lead on booking, reviewing and managing inventories and check-outs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with legal standards. You will confidently manage deposit registrations, dilapidations, repayments and dispute resolution, acting as a key contact for tenants and landlords.
As the designated Property Inventory Manager, you will also oversee the issuing of legal notices (including Section 21, Section 48 and Section 8), acknowledge tenant notices, and provide assistance with arrears and insurance claims. As part of the wider property team, youll also provide emergency out-of-hours support on a rota basis, helping to ensure the smooth operation of tenancies across the portfolio.
To be successful in this busy Property Inventory Manager opportunity, you will need proven experience in a property management environment, excellent organisational skills, and a sound working knowledge of lettings legislation. A calm, professional approach and confidence in decision-making will be key to thriving in this position.
