Are you an experienced Accounts professional with experience working within the property sector? Are you looking to join a dynamic and well-established estate and lettings agency, with the scope to really make a role your own? We have an excellent opportunity for a meticulous and proactive Property Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in a thriving property business, based in South Birmingham.
In this varied and fast-paced Property Finance Manager role, you will be responsible for the full management of landlord and tenant accounts, ensuring financial operations are accurate, compliant and efficient. With a strong understanding of ARLA and CMP regulations, you will expertly handle client money, reconcile accounts, allocate rent, process landlord payments and manage deposit transfers and returns. Your ability to confidently manage arrears, chase late payments and ensure all financial records are audit-ready will be key to your success.
As the Property Finance Manager for the company, you will also take the lead on processing contractor invoices, assigning expenses appropriately, and generating detailed financial reports. Proficiency in property management and accounting software such as Jupix, PayProp, and QuickBooks will be highly advantageous, as will your ability to manage compliance requirements and support internal and external audits.
