In this busy and varied Lettings Administrator role, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming lettings enquiries, both over the phone and via email, ensuring every caller receives a professional and friendly service. You will:
- Manage and qualify enquiries, booking property viewings into the team diary
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and colleagues to ensure smooth communication
- Update the lettings database and property management software accurately
- Support the team with preparing tenancy documents and compliance paperwork
- Assist with uploading property marketing details to online portals and social media
- Handle general office administration, including scanning, filing, and photocopying
To succeed in this busy Lettings Administrator position, you will have previous experience in a customer service, call handling, or administrative role, ideally within the property sector.
