SimkissGuy Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded, world-leading arts organisation to recruit an Operations and Projects Coordinator within its Income Generation team. Based in their Birmingham City Centre offices and offering flexible hybrid-working, the role is for an initial 18 month contract.
This is a senior, high-trust coordination role supporting the Director of Income Generation and working across fundraising, marketing, communications and commercial activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects progress, priorities land and information flows smoothly across a busy, multi-disciplinary directorate.
The role will include:
- Coordinating projects and activity across income generation teams
- Tracking actions, milestones and KPIs, escalating risks where required
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefings and board-level papers
- Acting as a central point of coordination between teams and senior stakeholders
- Supporting meetings, events and governance processes
You will have:
- Experience in a senior coordination, operations or project-focused role
- A proven ability to support senior leaders in complex environments
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the arts, charity or cultural sector (desirable)

- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
