The Clock House Nursery School, sibling nursery to Twynham House in Christchurch is a family-run nursery with a big heart, focused on creating a warm, supportive environment where children flourish — and we’re looking for the right person to become part of our team.

About the Role
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful early learning experiences for our children. Working alongside a supportive and friendly team, you’ll help plan engaging activities, spark curiosity, and support each child as they grow in confidence and ability.
- Creating a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment where children feel secure and valued.
- Planning fun, play-based experiences that reflect children’s interests and individual needs.
- Supporting children’s progress across all areas of learning within the EYFS.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Working closely with colleagues to share ideas and make each day enjoyable and rewarding.
Who we are looking for?
A qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Passionate, dedicated practitioners looking to build a long term career
- Commitment to & a genuine passion for exceptional childcare with a positive approach to learning new skills
- Sound understanding of EYFS – planning an engaging curriculum and being prepared to have fun and get messy
- Being a ‘team player’, offering an extra pair of hands for warm hugs and strong hands to juggle multiple babies
