NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support to access to leading-edge capabilities necessary to adapt to future threats, integrate advanced technologies to modernize the force, explore long-term military strategy to shape how NATO's forces will operate in the future, and promote interoperability between current and next-generation platforms. To support our NATO customer, SimIS seeks a Chief Systems Analyst to provide senior technical oversight and complex analysis leadership for guiding the development and integration of emerging technologies to support NATO force design and strategic decision making.

Education and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
  • 8 years of complex systems analysis experience.
  • Deep understanding of information systems, software development, and emerging technologies.
  • Defense transformation and modernization experience.
  • Published research in relevant technical areas.
  • Strategic planning and concept development experience.
  • Certification such as Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced technology systems to meet organizational objectives.
  • Act as a strategic leader to drive technological innovation and efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead the evaluation and design of new and improved information systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage large-scale projects, oversee junior analysts, and implement the overall technology vision from initial concept to successful deployment.
  • Conduct analyses of costs and benefits for proposed system upgrades and new technologies.
