We are looking for a passionate Employee Experience & Office Manager to work in our office in Old Street, London, and support our UK team and office operations. This role reports to the Global Director of Employee Experience, who is based in Israel. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact as you will play a role in ensuring and maintaining a productive work environment and creating the best experience for our employees.
You will plan and execute employee engagement activities, team gatherings and events, happy hours, and more. Be responsible for employees' life cycle events and take part in all employees' touch points.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Act as a primary facilitator and point of contact for new employees through their onboarding experience.
- Assist London employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative needs for ongoing projects and team-building activities.
- Manage and monitor Employee Experience and office budgets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees' physical arrival at the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception.
- Ensure the London office environment is maintained and organized to a high standard (pantry restock, tidy meeting rooms, arranging team lunches etc.).
- Provide administrative support to leaders on site.
This is the perfect job for someone who has:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist at a high-tech company.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an office manager.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Highly organised with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic.
- Great communication skills: written and verbal.
- Service-oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Full proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong project management skills.
This role is required to be in the office 5 days a week.
