Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long‑term partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world
  • Increase renewal rates
  • Manage relationships with account users to drive product adoption and exceed commercial targets
  • Identify and lead up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow new business through greater advocacy and reference‑ability
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall engagement
  • Travel regularly across EMEA to meet clients or attend events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management in customer‑facing roles (SaaS background preferred)
  • Experience working with Enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues
  • Experience in client‑direct sales and/or account management, and ability to run consultative sales processes in large, complex prospect organizations
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organisations
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional fluency in German or French is a plus
