Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long‑term partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world
- Increase renewal rates
- Manage relationships with account users to drive product adoption and exceed commercial targets
- Identify and lead up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow new business through greater advocacy and reference‑ability
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall engagement
- Travel regularly across EMEA to meet clients or attend events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management in customer‑facing roles (SaaS background preferred)
- Experience working with Enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues
- Experience in client‑direct sales and/or account management, and ability to run consultative sales processes in large, complex prospect organizations
- Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organisations
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
- Fluency in English is essential; additional fluency in German or French is a plus
