We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager to join our Deal Desk team. As a Deal Desk Manager at Similarweb, you will support the go‑to‑market organization throughout their deal cycle by facilitating contract reviews and managing quote‑to‑cash processes. Reporting to the Head of Deal Desk, you will partner with Similarweb’s global GTM organization, Finance, Legal and Operations teams on policies and processes to accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
- Serve as GTM’s trusted advisor and primary source for all quote‑to‑cash requests.
- Act as GTM’s main POC, liaison and advocate; manage all internal disputes and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders throughout the deal‑closing process.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial policies, escalating deals as necessary.
- Review documents and align data across signed contracts, Salesforce, and the subscription management/billing system to process deals efficiently and accurately.
- Assist legal in reviewing and approving commercial or administrative redlines and customize non‑standard contracts using the Legal‑DD playbook.
- Maintain ongoing training and refresher sessions with GTM teams on best practices.
- Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, and provide solutions to improve workflows.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of Deal Desk experience.
- Salesforce experience – a must.
- Strong understanding of the sales deal cycle and the ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.
- Knowledge of various licensing models including term and subscription‑based pricing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment with organizational changes.
- Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and critical timelines.
- Ability to work extended hours at month‑end and quarter‑end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant SaaS experience.
