You will be part of the Investment Platform team within the PAM Tech Department. You will join a dedicated Business Support team with a global presence to ensure first and second level support to Investment Platform users.
Your Role

Provide comprehensive business and technical application support for multiple applications within the Investment Platform, with a specific emphasis on supporting the settlement cycle for U.S. transactions transitioning to T+1 through Charles River/SimCorp applications.

Deliver support to Operations Teams during the T+1 settlement cycle through a London Late Shift from 2pm to 10pm UTC.

Deliver training and coaching to employees on the supported applications.

Stay up to date on recent and upcoming changes to applications and processes.

Develop relationships with users to gain a deep understanding of their work.

Continuously suggest technical and business process improvements.

Document processes, tasks, and procedures for support activities.

Possess a degree in technology or a related field with a financial focus.

Have experience working in Asset Management or the banking sector.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial instruments, including Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, and FX.

Proficient in Windows, UNIX, SQL, Oracle, including strong database querying skills.
