WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead strategic solution sales engagements with Buy‑Side Institutions across French‑speaking regions.

This role focuses on driving growth through new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.

You will represent the full Axioma portfolio—including portfolio construction, multi‑asset class risk analytics and performance attribution—delivering tailored solutions that address complex investment and risk management needs.

As the commercial face of Axioma, you will engage with stakeholders from C‑level executives to portfolio managers and risk analysts, articulating the business value of our solutions in a compelling and consultative manner.

  • WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Proactively identify and qualify opportunities, building a robust pipeline aligned with Axioma’s strategic growth objectives.
  • Own and drive your sales target by developing persuasive business cases that clearly demonstrate how Axioma’s solutions improve portfolio construction, optimise risk‑return outcomes, and enable more confident investment decision‑making.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client‑specific investment and risk management challenges.
  • Demonstrate precision and persistence in uncovering client needs and aligning them with Axioma’s differentiated capabilities.
  • Facilitate impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and proof‑of‑concept sessions in partnership with pre‑sales and product experts.
  • Own the creation and delivery of proposals, RFP responses, and contractual documentation, ensuring alignment with Sim Corp’s governance standards.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge and a consultative understanding of client objectives, including alpha generation, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
  • Represent Axioma at key industry events, strengthening brand visibility and client engagement.

  • Demonstrated success in selling complex, data‑driven solutions—ideally in portfolio analytics, risk management, or investment technology—consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a quantitative discipline; advanced degrees or certifications (e. g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
  • English fluency required.
  • Strong ability to assess client needs, articulate value propositions, and tailor sales strategies to diverse stakeholders—from quants to CIOs.
  • Proven track record of managing structured sales cycles, including consultative selling, stakeholder alignment, and closing.
  • Deep understanding of the Asset Management and Financial Services landscape, including investment workflows, and performance/risk analytics.
