We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our EMEA Professional Services Data & Communications team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering SimCorp Client Reporting, supporting implementation projects, and helping clients successfully connect with and get value from our software.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Develop deep expertise in key components of SimCorp Client Reporting, including data modelling, layout design, business process automation, and the digital portal, to support high-quality client solutions.
- Contribute across multiple stages of implementation projects, including scoping, solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Design, configure, and deliver reporting solutions that align with client requirements and help them achieve their strategic and operational objectives.
- Participate in requirements-gathering workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional solutions, and support successful project delivery.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools, such as Crystal Reports, Qlik, Power BI, or similar client reporting solutions, with the ability to translate data into meaningful client-facing outputs.
- Experience of SimCorp Dimension, Data Warehouse and Communication Server would be an advantage.
- Strong database knowledge, ideally with hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server in a professional environment.
- Practical experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and validate data effectively.
- Solid understanding of data structures and data models, including how data is organized, related, and used within reporting environments.
- Well-developed communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous programming experience would be considered an advantage, particularly in environments involving configuration, customization, or technical implementation.
- Experience contributing to project delivery, with an understanding of how to work effectively across different project phases and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be beneficial, particularly in understanding client needs, data flows, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with data warehouses, including using structured data environments to support reporting, analytics, and implementation activities.
