We work with global nonprofits and institutions across Africa, Latin America, and beyond, improving how impact measurement and data collection for critical services happens from the ground up.
We are seeking a part-time UK-based Sales & Partnerships Lead to support our growth in the UK nonprofit and philanthropy market. This is a 6-month contract role focused on full-cycle business development and early sales strategy, with the potential to grow into a longer-term leadership position. This role is fully remote and open to anyone based in the UK.
Responsibilities- Lead sales outreach with UK-based nonprofits, foundations, and philanthropic networks, with a focus on driving new revenue
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective partners and clients
- Run discovery conversations, demos, and proposal follow-ups alongside the founding team
- Shape go-to-market strategy and help design a repeatable, data-informed sales process
- Contribute insights on market positioning, pricing, and partnership strategy as we grow
- 5+ years experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, or social impact sectors
- Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development with revenue responsibility
- Familiarity with how impact organizations evaluate and adopt new solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Mission-driven, commercially minded, and proactive
- £1,500/month (part-time contract)
- 20% commission on closed deals
- Strong potential for the role to evolve into a permanent position based on performance
