Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:
  • Experience in a warehouse or transport office is a plus
  • Solid Excel skills - you'll need to be confident with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail
  • Minimum GCSE pass in Maths and English
  • A natural team player with great communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage your workload independently
  • Punctual, proactive, and customer-focused
Key duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery
  • Processing customer orders, updating inventory, and planning inbound/customer deliveries
  • Providing quotes for inbound sea freight and liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers
  • Coordinating customs clearances, inputting entries, and ensuring timely documentation
  • Using our in-house systems (Azyra/Snap) to book and track jobs
  • Confirming fulfilments via our WMS and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitoring SLAs, generating weekly KPIs, and taking action to exceed targets
  • Conducting weekly invoice reconciliations and resolving stock queries
  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
