Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:- Experience in a warehouse or transport office is a plus
- Solid Excel skills - you'll need to be confident with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail
- Minimum GCSE pass in Maths and English
- A natural team player with great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage your workload independently
- Punctual, proactive, and customer-focused
- Managing key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery
- Processing customer orders, updating inventory, and planning inbound/customer deliveries
- Providing quotes for inbound sea freight and liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers
- Coordinating customs clearances, inputting entries, and ensuring timely documentation
- Using our in-house systems (Azyra/Snap) to book and track jobs
- Confirming fulfilments via our WMS and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitoring SLAs, generating weekly KPIs, and taking action to exceed targets
- Conducting weekly invoice reconciliations and resolving stock queries
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
