Location: Additional Pay: Overtime (weekends at premium rate)/ADR payments (if qualified)/overnight payments if applicable

Hours: Full Time 45 hours per week (Day shift)

Newly qualified HGV Class 2 Drivers will also be considered.

We are recruiting for skilled drivers who know their way around palletised vehicles and can confidently handle multi-drop collections and deliveries of our customers' freight.   • Class 2 (C) Licence/Valid Driver CPC/Tacho card
  • Experience of HGV Class 2 driving preferred; will also consider newly qualified Class 2 drivers
  • Vehicle weights and legal limits
  • Flexible approach to hours of work and consistently reliable and dependable
  • Delivery and collection of customers' freight as assigned by the Transport Office to and from various locations and regions
  • Multi-drop delivery and collections
  • Ensure the correct goods and quantity of goods are loaded and unloaded
  • Present, process and return customers' Delivery Notes
  • Secure and return Proof of Delivery advice notes (POD) electronic and/or manual
  • Inform the Transport Office of any delays to or whilst at work

We offer a highly competitive salary of £33,579 p.a. 25 days annual leave, plus 8.
