Simcorp is seeking highly skilled Implementation Consultants with expertise in Simcorp Dimension to join our talented global Professional Services team. As we continue to drive innovation and experience significant growth, we need motivated professionals to transform and drive changes in the financial industry. This role is pivotal in delivering complex projects and providing expert guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions using SimCorp Dimension.
What you will be responsible for
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering suitable solutions using SimCorp One
- Participate in our implementation project throughout the project life-cycle, including gathering and understanding client requirements, design, configuration, documentation, and presentation of solutions as well as providing test support to our clients
- Lead presentations to clients and prepare project artifacts such as project scope and solution documents
- Solution or stream lead owner, depending on area of expertise
- Gain understanding of Simcorp’s Global Standard Solutions and utilize them for project delivery
- Support maintenance of Global Standard Solutions and make contributions to its improvements and refinements
- Contribute to our knowledge sharing within the organization and mentor and guide less experienced consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Participate in the Service Line to improve project best practices based on the global delivery model and know-how of consultants.

As an ideal candidate, you possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience using and configuring SimCorp Dimension is required
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects with measurable success.
- Business /Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Front Office, Performance, Portfolio Analytics, Operations / IBOR, Data and Integration, Communication Server configuration, Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of financial technology systems, software, and industry regulations.
- Experience with enterprise implementations involving operations functions on the buy side, and practical experience with Simcorp Dimension
- Methodical, efficient, committed, and able to perform effectively and deliver on time
- Ability to travel to client’s site (up to 50%)
- Fluency in English
