To introduce our software to our clients, business consultants are essential to us. A Lead Solution Consultant is a senior-level individual contributor within the Value Stream who leads the delivery of complex solutions tailored to Standard Guild designs and client requirements. The Lead Solution Consultant leverages extensive domain and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality results, oversee mid- to large-scale projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout various projects and Value Streams.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead Solution Build and Delivery: Own end-to-end solution build for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements, Standard Guild designs, and delivery best practices.
- Provide Expert Analysis and Guidance: Translate complex solution designs into robust solution architectures, solution designs, and delivery plans.
- Drive Project Execution: Lead solution workstreams within projects, coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving ambiguities.
- Ensure Quality and Consistency: Review solution designs, build items, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and long-term maintainability.
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Lead analysis and resolution of complex solution or operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption and sustainable fixes.
- Mentor and Support Colleagues: Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior consultants and solution specialists, strengthening team capability.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance solution delivery methods, tools, and reusable assets.

- Complex Solution Build: Lead the build of scalable, maintainable solutions across SimCorp standard and client contexts.
- Delivery Leadership: Drive build, testing, and deployment activities for complex solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, Product Management, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end solution success.
- Client and Stakeholder Advisory: Support clients and internal stakeholders with expert advice on standard solutions and impacts.
- Operational Excellence Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives that improve delivery efficiency, quality, and consistency across Value Streams.
- Knowledge and Asset Development: Create and maintain solution documentation, templates, and best practices for scalability.
- Change and Adoption Support: Ensure solutions are effectively adopted by users through clear documentation, training support, and transition planning.

- Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science or similar qualification.
- Work experience with Front Office – Investments as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Consultant from banks, asset managers, insurers or consulting firms.
- Ideally you have SimCorp Dimension® experience or you are familiar with implementing financial software.
- You are persistently appreciative and client-oriented with a resilient can-do mindset and an above-average energy level.
- Team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge.
- Strong communication and consulting skills and a high degree of commercial awareness, customer orientation and quality consciousness.
- Fluency in English.
