We are looking for an enthusiastic, “switched on” Administration Assistant that will fit in our fast-paced environment. If you are looking for a company where you can really make a difference, then this role is for you.
The role is based in Liverpool (Knowsley) with occasional travel based on business assignments and planned activities. This role is required to provide general administration support to our Operations Department. High attention to detail is needed to perform daily administration duties.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this exciting and challenging role is full of variety and some of the core duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the Operations and Projects team and extending the support to the Group when required.
- Receiving calls and distributing messages.
- Accurate entry of engineering expenses.
- Booking hotels, flights, and general travel arrangements.
- Assisting with booking of maintenance activities and communicating with contractors.
- Assisting with minutes of meetings.
- Support with onboarding procedures.
- Dealing with office consumables/staff PPE and other business-related orders.
- Project administration for document control.
- Raising and submitting orders to suppliers, upon Operations Team instruction.
- Assisting Operations Department with HSE administrative activities.
- Assisting Operations Department with QMS administrative activities.
What are we looking for?
You will be experienced in using Microsoft Office, online CRM software (Salesforce, QuickBooks or similar) with strong skills in Excel and management of various databases. We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience within a busy business environment, a pro-active approach to compliance, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best.

Key Skills:
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Lead staff onboarding efforts, communicating with HR and IT about new hires.
- Knowledge in creating and updating employee training records.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
