We are Silvie (Silver + Life), and we have created innovative science-based nutritional formulas specifically for women 55+. We're looking for someone who can help us build real relationships in our community. This is a freelance, part-time role to start, with room to grow as we do. Fully remote, EU or UK based.

What you'll do

  • Find and reach out to key opinion leaders, content creators (women 55+) and publishers who'd be a natural fit for our brand.
  • Build warm, genuine relationships, not transactional one-off posts.
  • Help us identify potential brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Represent our voice in a way that feels authentic to women our customers' age and also represent our customers' voices to constantly improve our products.

You might be a great fit if you

  • Are 55+ and active on Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.
  • Understand how creator and influencer partnerships actually work (or have done outreach, PR, or community-building before).
  • Are comfortable with DMs, follow-ups, and light negotiation.
  • Communicate warmly and professionally in writing.
  • Are organized and self-directed; you'll own this, not wait for instructions.
  • Share our science-first approach and ethical values.

What we offer you

  • Real ownership. This isn't a support role; you'll build and lead our creator community from the ground up. The relationships, the strategy, the voice: yours to shape.
  • A seat where your age is the advantage. Your perspective and your network are the strategy. You'll be the bridge we can't be without you.
  • Influence that compounds. You'll be cultivating a community of creators who move culture for women in this stage of life. As they grow, so does what you've built.
  • Flexibility and respect for your time. Freelance, remote, and self-directed. We care about outcomes, not hours logged.
  • Room to grow with us. We're early, which means the person who builds this well can shape what the role becomes, and grow into something bigger as the brand scales.

Details

  • Freelance / contract, part-time.
  • Fully Remote (EU or UK based).
