What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement a global HSE strategy, ensuring compliance across all sites.
- Lead and influence directors, managers, and teams to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Drive continuous improvement, enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, leading certification audits.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs, enhancing awareness and compliance.
- Represent the company at external forums and liaise with regulatory bodies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience: 10+ years in HSE, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHA regulations, and HSE best practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
