We are looking for a talented and hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a premium country pub in North Yorkshire.   • Previous Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef experience
  • A passion for fresh British food and local ingredients
  • Confident leading and motivating a small kitchen team
  • Good understanding of food costs, stock control and GP
