This is a hands-on creative role inside a performance-led growth agency, working at the intersection of design, paid media and data. You won’t just be making things look good - you’ll be building and iterating paid social creative that’s designed to perform, scale and improve over time. It’s a role for someone who wants to understand not just how ads are made, but why they work.

Silvertip is a growth agency focused on ambitious eCommerce brands. The business runs a pod-based model, combining Creative, Media and Intelligence to scale paid social and search in a way that’s data-driven and commercially grounded. Creative isn’t an add-on here. It’s treated as the primary driver of performance.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Strategist and Growth Pods to support creative strategy, production and optimisation across Meta and Google Ads. Day to day, you’ll be designing paid social ad assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, producing multiple variations and concepts at speed. The focus is on performance iteration - testing hooks, formats, messaging and offers - while maintaining brand consistency.

You’ll support QA before launch, refine creative based on feedback, and contribute to a fast-paced testing roadmap. This isn’t a “one big campaign every few months” type of role. It’s iterative, structured and commercially driven.

You’ll also be involved in research - analysing paid social ads across Meta and Google, identifying winning creative patterns, and contributing to hypotheses and structured test plans. Staying close to platform updates, creative trends and evolving best practice is part of the job.

Creative here is analysed, not just shipped. You’ll learn to use tools like Motion (training provided) to assess performance, interpret results, and understand how creative impacts metrics such as CTR, CPC, CVR and CAC. Insights then feed directly back into the next round of iteration.

There’s also a systems mindset. You’ll work within templates, frameworks and creative processes - and contribute to improving them. That might mean refining workflows, exploring automation, contributing to prompt libraries, or experimenting with AI-assisted production.

We’d love to talk to you if…

  • you live and breathe digital design and care about the details
  • you’re curious about how creative drives performance, not just how it looks
  • you’re comfortable working quickly and juggling multiple concepts at once
  • you actively explore new tools, AI and technology to improve your craft
  • you enjoy feedback and want to level up fast
  • you’re organised, proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do

You might already have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools. Experience with paid social ads, performance metrics or eCommerce is helpful, but not essential if the mindset is there. Please attach some examples of your work or include a portfolio link in your application.
