SilverTide is a fast-growing agency brokerage specialising in interest rate derivatives, partnering with some of the world’s leading hedge funds. We are a technology-driven firm, building our own software and automation infrastructure to redefine the agency brokerage model. As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for motivated graduates to join our execution team and develop into high-performing traders.
Role Overview:
As a Graduate Execution Trader, you will support the execution of listed interest rate futures and options across G3 currencies on global exchanges and liquidity pools. You will gain hands-on exposure to some of the most heavily traded global financial markets, while learning how to manage orders across electronic trading platforms and through interaction with market participants. This is a training-focused role designed to build your understanding of futures and options markets, execution strategies, and trading technology in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing listed interest rate futures and options across global exchanges
- Support the management of order flow, including spreads and basic options strategies
- Learn to calculate and monitor risk metrics such as delta and other Greeks
- Monitor markets for interest rate movements, volatility, and liquidity conditions
- Work alongside senior traders to deliver high-quality execution for clients
- Contribute to improving trading workflows and supporting automation initiatives
- Maintain accurate trade records and ensure operational precision

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Interest in financial markets, trading, and derivatives
- Basic understanding of futures, options, or financial markets is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working with data, technology, and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to cover New York trading hours (12–10pm London time), with flexibility for remote work during late shifts
- High level of discipline, curiosity, and motivation to learn in a demanding environment
