Role overview:

We’re looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for owning end-to-end hiring for our London office across brokerage sales, technology, and graduate programs. You will play a key role in scaling the business by building strong pipelines, improving hiring processes, and partnering closely with hiring managers.

As Talent Partner, you’ll be expected to operate autonomously, bring structure to our hiring efforts, and elevate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine our hiring priorities, scope and graduate programs (15% of your time)
  • Define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes
  • Support design and execution of graduate and campus hiring strategies
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Utilise data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes
