The Escapade Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the residences, Gallery restaurant and meeting spaces. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise room, event, and overall Escapade revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and sales calls
- Identify upsell opportunities across accommodation, F&B and meeting spaces
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure profitable business
- Manage group and corporate bookings from initial inquiry through contract signing
- Develop bespoke proposals aligned to client objectives and Escapade's Brand positioning
- Conduct hotel tours and client presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts
- Conduct regular client reviews and performance reporting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management
- Represent Escapade & Silverstone at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions as needed
- Attend on‐site events such as FAM trips and race weekends
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies
- Support in other departments where the business deems necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results‐driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time‐management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a related role
- Experience with group, corporate, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales is a plus
