As the Karting Manager, you will have the unique challenge of creating, developing, and implementing all operational standards from the ground up. From building robust procedures to overseeing the opening phase, this role requires a self-starter with extensive experience and the confidence to establish systems and processes independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Budget Management:
- With the support of your expert colleagues across the Silverstone business, craft and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on financial and performance metrics to ensure ambitious targets are met.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal track utilisation, flawless execution of events and a seamless customer journey.
- Maximise opportunities across food and beverage, corporate events and incremental business streams.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver unforgettable experiences from booking through post-event feedback.
- Cultivate customer loyalty by ensuring every interaction is memorable, professional and premium.
Team Leadership:
- Inspire, recruit and develop a high-performing team driven by passion, innovation and service excellence.

Safety, Sustainability and Compliance:

Customer Experience:

- Develop programmes and packages that cater to casual visitors, corporate clients and semi-professionals alike.
Operational Management:

- Lead the opening phase, establishing all operational standards, workflows and systems to deliver seamless operations.
- Manage scheduling for Arrive & Drive, corporate events, track hires, and testing sessions.
- Ensure all karts, tracks and equipment are maintained to the highest standard.
- Align karting operations with broader venue goals and needs to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Team Leadership:

- Lead training initiatives, ensuring all staff excel in safety protocols, kart handling and customer care.
Safety and Sustainability:

- Conduct regular inspections of the track and equipment.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, collaborating with regulatory bodies and internal teams to meet all compliance standards.
Financial Management:

- Manage budgets, including P&L forecasting, in collaboration with the Catering Manager and other stakeholders.
- Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Marketing and Revenue Growth:
