The Hospitality Agency Account Manager at Silverstone is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences at major motorsport and entertainment events. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing tailored hospitality solutions, driving client retention, and ensuring satisfaction across Silverstone\’s hospitality offerings. The position requires a blend of account management, sales, and event coordination expertise.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management: serve as the main point of contact, develop long-term relationships, and proactively gather client feedback.
- Sales and Account Growth: identify upselling opportunities, tailor bespoke packages, and meet revenue targets.
- Event Coordination: collaborate on event planning, provide on-site support, and ensure premium service delivery.
- Strategic Account Management: develop account plans, manage renewals, and report on performance.
