To assist the Catering Supervisor and Catering Event Supervisor with all on-site small, medium, and large corporate events, in accordance with the Duty or Senior Manager’s brief, company policies, and procedures. Support the Catering Event Supervisor in maintaining procedures and site-wide policies, ensuring they are current with industry standards. Ensure awareness of the company’s customer care goals, and strive to implement them through a polite manner, team spirit, and anticipation of visitor needs. Contribute to business growth by introducing new ideas and concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Supervisors and Duty Managers during all event sizes.
- Document all food safety and health and safety paperwork correctly.
- Support setup and de-rig of events, ensuring venue is returned to original condition per standards.
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Food Allergen, Safety Regulations, and Licensing laws.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every event.
- Assist clients and attendees with requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Gather event debrief notes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper food presentation and operate till systems when required.
Team Responsibilities
- Collaborate to ensure successful event operations.
- Create a positive team environment and maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, catering, or event environments (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of food handling, COSHH, and HACCP is desirable.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent customer care and organizational skills.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends.
