About the Role
The Professional Services Technician plays a key part in assisting the smooth running of the professional services we deliver to our customers. You will support the Professional Services team in the planning, coordination and hands-on delivery of IT projects for both existing and prospective clients, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery that is fluent across the company. Projects include, but are not limited to:
- Server installations
- Laptop and desktop rollouts
- Microsoft 365 migrations
- VoIP installations
- Office moves
- New infrastructure setups
The role combines remote and onsite work across customer sites, so a full, clean UK driving licence is required.
